Beschreibung:

Taught in English by visiting professor Ana de Diego Lagüero from the Universidad Europea del Atlántico in Santander, Spain.

Team coaching is carried out with a team of people who work together, with the goal of developing a high performance team. Cross cultural coaching can help the members of the team to explore new perspectives especially in communication, management and leadership.

In order to communicate effectively in a multicultural organization, managers should seek for similarities and shared values in terms of objectives, mission and vision in order to build the trust and spirit of the team

That’s why team coaching works with values, beliefs, thoughts and all the things that, individually, we took from our cultural environment. It is also important in a cross cultural coaching relationship to recognize the good things and downsides of each culture. We need to focus on the similarities better than differences. Team Coaching works with individual differences looking  for their integration in an multicultural environment, that´s why abilities of communication and leadership are essential.
